Told her I was reading a book about anti-gravity. She didn't even look up from her phone. I said 'it's impossible to put down' and she actually threw a pillow at me. I'll take it as a win. She acknowledged I exist.

Man, that's a good one. My kids are at different ages so I get mixed reactions to my jokes depending on the day. At least she threw the phone down, that's basically a win in my book.
