Five months in and I'm terrified I'm already doing the dad jokes thing wrong, but this makes me feel better about my future. The groan means you're winning.

The eye roll they give you when they finally understand the pun is what keeps us going. My 9 year old groans now instead of laughing which somehow means I'm winning.
