I feel personally attacked right now. This is exactly how my conversations go with my kids. They're getting too smart for their own good.
Ha I've tried that genetics line before and my kids immediately called me out too. They're smarter than we give them credit for.
That's actually genius. My six month old can't judge me yet but I'm already prepping her for a lifetime of these.

Ha, this is perfect. My 6 year old tried to call me out on one of my jokes last week and I just kept explaining it until he gave up. Mission accomplished.
