Today my son rolled his eyes when I said 'I'm not saying I invented the Dad joke, but I was there when the first one was born.' This is the happiest moment of my life. My 9 year old finally gets annoyed by my humor instead of laughing at everything. I've made it to Peak Dad status.
Ha! My son is just getting to the eye-roll phase and I'm here for it. How old is he now? The jokes only get worse from here but that's what makes it so good.
