Ha! I've been collecting jokes like this since my kid was born. They don't laugh now but just wait, one day they'll be telling these same jokes to their friends and acting like they came up with them.
The groan is the goal. Mission accomplished indeed. My kids do the exact same thing when I hit them with a good one.
