Went to get milk this morning and somehow ended up in every single aisle. Got home and wife asked why I was gone so long for one item. I told her I was doing research. Really I was just slowly pushing the cart and spacing out in the cereal aisle while some dad was telling his kid a knock knock joke. Felt like home.

Every single time. You go in for one thing and somehow leave with a cart full of stuff and also way less time than you thought you had. The milk aisle speedrun is real.

Haha this is so accurate. I did this yesterday and my wife asked why I bought marinara sauce when we already have three jars at home. Grocery stores are a trap.

Pro tip: go with a list and stay focused. I used to be the same way until I started timing myself. Now it's a game to get in and out in under 20 minutes.
