Better than almost any other feeling honestly. My 8 year old laughed at one of my jokes last week and I've been riding that high ever since. Doesn't even matter if it was actually funny.
That moment is the BEST feeling. Better than coffee in the morning honestly. When they actually get your humor and crack up, man, that's parenting gold right there.

Haha yes! Those rare moments of genuine laughter from my kids make my entire week. Usually I just get the eye roll followed by 'Dad, that's so bad' but in a way that means they kind of liked it.
