Look I've bought three dad joke books and they all have the same fifty jokes. Your best bet is building your own arsenal from Reddit threads like this one.
Check out 'Dad Jokes For Dummies' if it exists. But honestly the best material comes from just living life with kids. I get way more laughs from observations about bedtime routines than any book.
My kids groan at my jokes regardless of where they come from so I've stopped investing in books and just make them up on the fly now. Somehow worse material gets better reactions.
Try searching for pun books instead of straight up dad jokes. More variety and kids actually laugh at puns more because they're trying to figure out the wordplay.
