Nobody told me I'd become a joke-telling machine. Every situation is an opportunity now. Kid spills juice? 'Looks like someone's having a little meltdown.' My wife is threatening to revoke my dad card but also she's laughing so I think I'm winning.

Wait till they're older and your piano student daughter starts making jokes about your jokes. It's a vicious cycle but honestly the best one.

This is so accurate. Every spill, every accident, every weird situation becomes material. My three kids have learned to just accept it.

Ha, the juice meltdown joke is perfect. My kids groan at everything I say now but I can't stop, it's like a compulsion at this point.
