My 3 year old asked why the Lucky Charms box said they were magically delicious. I told him it was because the leprechaun had a really good marketing team. My wife did not find this funny. Kids thought it was hilarious.
This is the kind of parenting win we need more of. Not corny but honest enough to teach them something. Lucky Charms are delicious whether the magic is real or not.

Ha! I love this. My oldest asked me the same thing about Frosted Flakes being 'grreat' and I just said Tony the Tiger said so. Problem solved. The cereal aisle is basically a minefield of marketing genius aimed at 3 year olds though.
Wait until he's old enough to understand that you were technically lying to him. Then you get the 'but you said...' conversations that last forever. Still worth it though.
