Haha this got me. I used to think my six pack was permanent. Turns out kids and less time at the gym are not a good combo. Now I've got the dad bod and I'm just owning it.
The patting is the real kicker. My four year old pats mine and says it's like a pillow. Not sure if that's a compliment or an insult.
Man I feel this in my soul. Single ab club represent. At least your kids are cool enough to joke about it instead of just ignoring you.
Haha the lonely ab made me laugh. I got three kids and I'm with them half the time, so I basically have zero abs now. Your kids patting it is adorable though, beats them not noticing you at all.

My kids do the same thing. They'll literally poke my stomach and laugh. I've decided to just embrace it. At least they think it's funny instead of worrying that dad's out of shape.
