The diaper blowout that started my day

Got my 4 year old dressed this morning, sat him down for breakfast, went to pour his juice, and heard the sound. You know the sound. Turned around and somehow it was up his back, down his leg, and in his shoe. How does that even happen? We had to throw away his shirt. This is why I shower before work now.

Oh man, the classic blowout during breakfast. You were already in the trenches this morning. Did it get on his clothes, the chair, the floor...? The multi-zone diaper explosions are the worst.

Four year olds and their bodies' timing. By that age I feel like blowouts are less common so when they happen it's almost shocking. I assume it was a cleanup situation from hell?

This is why I always keep extra wipes and changing supplies in like three different rooms. The blowout waits for literally the exact wrong moment - right when you've got juice in one hand and a full day ahead.
