My 5 year old asked what time it was and I said it was time to get a watch. I know it's terrible. He lost it. Literally the dumbest joke ever but seeing him laugh that hard was everything. Why do we become these people. My wife was pretending not to laugh at how bad I am.

That's a solid dad joke. The best part is that genuine laugh from your kid even when the joke is absolutely terrible. That's the whole game right there.
