The time my son asked me why I'm called dad

So my 6 year old asks me 'Dad why are you called dad?' and I'm thinking this is some philosophical moment. Nope. He goes 'Because you're bad at jokes?' I have never been so roasted by someone who still wears Velcro shoes. The disrespect. I'm going to tell him that joke when he has kids just to make sure the cycle continues.

Ha, out of the mouths of babes! My oldest did something similar last year and I had to sit with that one for a bit. Kids are brutal with the truth.

Okay that's a solid roast from a 6 year old! Mine hasn't hit me with one quite that good yet but I'm definitely bracing for it.
