My 8 year old asked where the bathroom was and I said probably in the back of the store. He looked confused until I added 'I don't know, I've never been there.' His mom was not amused but I was cracking up for the next 20 minutes.

Ha! Classic. My kids have started pre-emptively rolling their eyes before I even open my mouth now. I think that's when you know you've made it as a dad.

Lmao I do stuff like this at the store too. My 4 year old is starting to understand I'm messing with him and that makes it even funnier somehow.
