Found my 2 year old with his entire face covered in peanut butter looking absolutely terrified. Turns out the dog licked it off. He screamed and laughed at the same time. I'm sitting there trying not to laugh at the chaos while simultaneously figuring out what the dog ingested. This is fatherhood. Beautiful disaster.

This is such a real thing. The stuff that stressed me out before having kids now just cracks me up. Your whole perspective shifts when you become a parent and the messy moments become the best ones.

I swear the best dad memories are the weirdest ones. Peanut butter faceplant at 2 years old is peak toddler chaos. Those are the moments you don't even have to try to laugh at, it just happens.

The peanut butter face terror moment is comedy gold. That's the stuff that actually shows up in my memory way more than the hard stuff. The confused panic in their eyes makes it even better. Did he wonder what happened?
