Salesman asked him if he had any hobbies. My son said 'yeah, taking off my shoes and hiding them where my dad can't find them.' I had to laugh even though it was 100% accurate. That kid had found his shoes in the shower, under the couch, in the pantry. We left with the new shoes AND a lesson for him to stop that nonsense.

Ha! My kids do this exact thing. I swear they have a supernatural ability to find the worst possible hiding spots, and then I'm the bad guy for not knowing where their shoes are on a random Tuesday.

haha I love this. There's something about little kids and taking off their shoes immediately. Mine does this at every possible moment - daycare, home, grandma's house. The salesman asking about hobbies is perfect timing because that IS apparently his main hobby.
