Tried to be cool in front of my kids today

Attempted to drop some 'hip' dad humor at lunch with my kids and their friends. Said something about their slang being 'sus' and apparently Ive now permanently mortified them all. My oldest just put her head down and refused to acknowledge me for the rest of lunch. Worth it though because I got a laugh from the 7yo who still thinks I'm cool.
