Oh man that's a good one. My kids definitely groaned but I caught my oldest repeating it to his friends later so I know it landed. Keep em coming.
This is peak dad humor and I respect the commitment. The ocean setting makes it even better. Insta-dad. I'm stealing that one.

The groan is the whole point though right? That means it worked. My daughter actually laughed at one of my water jokes last week and I considered it a huge victory.
