Finally convinced my company to let me take the full time instead of just 2 weeks. Part of me is excited to be home with the baby but part of me is freaking out about what my team will think or if I'll fall behind. Anyone else dealt with this? How did you stay relevant when you came back?

Taking the kids on a 3 mile trail about 30 mins away. Youngest is 4 so I'm bringing snacks and water and setting expectations low. Just wanna get them outside and moving. Worst case we turn around after a mile and call it a win.
